‍ How it works 

Thank you so much for supporting my art! Whether you are bringing home an original painting or a fine art print, I want your experience to be completely seamless. Here is everything you need to know about how I safely get my work from my studio to your walls. 

Processing & Shipping Times 

  • Original Artwork: Each original painting is carefully wrapped, varnished, and packed by hand in my studio. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to safely package your piece before it ships. 

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) Prints: My fine art prints are made to order by my professional printing partner. Because they are printed custom for you, please allow 3-5 business days for production before they are shipped. (Note: Custom frames or canvas wraps may add a few extra days to production).

  • Good to know: If you purchase both an original artwork and a print or product, they will ship separately. Don't worry if one arrives before the other—they are both on their way!

  • Delivery: Once your order leaves the studio, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days. 

Returns & Exchanges 

  • Original Paintings: Because of the unique and delicate nature of original art, all sales of original paintings are final. I want you to love your piece, so please review the photos and dimensions carefully before purchasing. 

  • Fine Art Prints: Because prints are custom-made to order by my printing partner, I cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. 

  • Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 of delivery at hello.vk@yahoo.com with photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork. I will make sure a replacement or refund is issued immediately. 

International Shipping 

  • I love sending art across the globe! Please note that international shipments may be subject to local customs fees, duties, or VAT depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in my shipping rates. 

Copyright & Ownership 

  • When you buy a piece of my art, you are buying the physical object to display and enjoy. I retain all copyright privileges and reproduction rights to the artwork, including the right to make prints of original pieces in the future. The artwork may not be resold, scanned, or reproduced for commercial purposes without my express written consent. 

Color Disclaimer

  • I do my absolute best to photograph and display the colors of my artwork as accurately as possible. However, every computer monitor, phone, and tablet screen displays colors slightly differently. The colors of your physical print or original artwork may vary just a bit from what you see on your screen.

Your Privacy & Trust 

  • Your trust means everything to me. I only collect the personal information you explicitly provide—like your name, email address, and shipping destination—to fulfill your orders or send you shop updates if you subscribe to my newsletter. I will never sell your data. I only share your shipping information with the trusted third-party partners necessary to run my shop, such as secure payment processors (like Stripe or PayPal) and my printing fulfillment partners. 

Payments & Pricing 

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Orders will be processed and fulfilled once payment has successfully cleared. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, including limited-edition runs, at any time.
